The Validation Engineer at Commissioning Agents, Inc. will work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot manufacturing and packaging systems and equipment.  This person is responsible for identifying and coordinating activities/tasks required to complete qualification and validation activities and creating engineering, qualification and validation protocols and reports.  The Validation Engineer is critical in the company's continued success and growth by providing the services to our clients that are key to our business.  Aseptic filling line experience is highly desired.

The successful Validation Engineer will have:

  • BS in Engineering, Life Science, Computer Science, related discipline or comparable military experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with manufacturing equipment and processes in a GMP environment
  • Willing to travel as required
  • Experience with risk assessments, qualification protocols, commissioning plans/test scripts and summary reports
  • Experience with manufacturing and packaging equipment, CIP/SIP, maintenance, and periodic revalidation is desired
  • Experience with aseptic filling lines is highly desired
