The Project Manager at Commissioning Agents, Inc. leads project teams related to the commissioning and qualification of clean utilities, facility systems, process support systems, bio-pharma manufacturing systems, packaging equipment as well as process and cleaning validation.  This person does as well as manages the work.  They are responsible for managing scope, cost, schedule, quality, risk and setting priorities of projects at the client site.  The Project Manager is critical in the company's continued success and growth by providing the services to our clients that are key to our business.

(CAI) is a growing professional services organization headquartered in Indianapolis, IN with projects and clients across the US and abroad.  We work in the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, nutritional, animal health, critical facility, and building commissioning industries to provide industry best practices to our clients.  We are a 100% employee-owned company.  All of our employees are full-time, permanent W2 employees with benefits.  

 

The successful Project Manager will have:

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering, Life Science, Computer Science, or related discipline, or comparable military experience
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in an FDA-regulated environment preferred
  • Willing to travel as required
  • Excellent communication technical writing skills
  • Ability to read engineering documents and interpret applicable regulations and industry guidance documents
  • Experience with MS Project is desirable
